This post is a little Sketchy
Wplus9 has a challenge right now where cardmakers are to use a provided sketch for inspiration. Some cardmakers always like to start from a sketch. I have found it be more difficult. I guess I have always struggled with doing what I was told :-). Added to that, I decided to do a loose watercolour base. One would think that would be easy because no can question the end result. You simply declare that your card looks exactly like you intended and who can argue. But you know don’t you? You wanted a light wash- you got too dark, you wanted undefined edges-you got a hard blob on your card that screams I am stopping here, you want a light spray of ink dots-you get a nose bleed on your card. So after amassing a collection of questionable card fronts, I settled on this one. I think it all came together quite nicely in the end.
Supplies: Wplus9 Doodle Buds stamp set, Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours, Acetate, Craft Medley seed beads, fun foam, Scotch 3M foam tape, Recollections card base, Scor tape.

That is such a cool shaker!! I love how the shaker extends to the edges instead of being a window. The flowers in those colors are beautiful!
