Loving my Papertrey Ink

I am totally Ga Ga over my two latest purchases from Papertrey Ink.  When I order from them, my orders tend to be large ones, as the shipping is atrocious to Canada.  As always though, you get what you pay for as it is tracked right to my door and always comes quickly.  Today I played with the stamp and die set called Joyful Christmas.  The focal stamps of this set are “Bottlebrush Trees”.  Last year Tim Holtz (well I think it was Mario’s idea) had a beautiful display of coloured three dimensional bottlebrush trees.  It was spectacular and of course I bought some of the trees.  However I forgot to consider that I rarely do 3D home decoration items,  and so they sat unused in my stash.  Like Candy Corn that I spoke of before, I love the look of the bottlebrush trees even though had no apparent use for them, and so when Papertrey Ink came out with this set, it immediately went into my cart.

I have a number of ideas rolling around the empty space above my shoulders about how to use these stamp set, so stay tuned for more cards.
