Work it Wednesday- Simon Says Stamp Challenge
The challenge for Work it Wednesday this week is Let it Snow. Since the blog challenge is featuring Art Impressions stamps, I decided to use one of my AI stamps. Only one jumped out at me as being suitable for a Let it Snow theme. I am glad it did jump out at me, because I realized that having a Misti was a game changer in making this tri-fold card. It was SO MUCH easier to line up the stamps in just the right place. If I didn’t have to wait for the “snow” to dry, this card would have taken me less than half the time it took before I had the Misti.
If I had realized how well it was going to turn out, I would have made about six cards assembly line style, while I had the Misti out.
Supplies: Art Impressions Village TF stamp set, Lawn Fawn Let it Snow die, Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol, Irresistble Pico Embellisher.

Beautiful card. I just purchased an Art Impression Stamp and can’t figure out how to use it with my Misti. The back of it is so shiny it wouldn’t adhere to the Misti. Am I supposed to peel some of backing off or do you use adhesive to get it to stick? Help?

You do pull off the waxy cardboardish paper on the back before using the cling Art Impression stamps. You can just throw that paper away although some people put it back on their stamp between uses.
