Thanks a Latte

There is a latte coffee cups on this card………………….

This card started out with a splashy watercolor background. While I like the background, even six coffee cups couldn’t hold their own on such a wild background. That background will surface on another card in the near future. In the meantime. I picked a different background for this one which wouldn’t compete so much with the little cups.

Farewell to my Favourite Show

Sunday nights will never be the same without Downton Abbey on Masterpiece Theatre.

I decided to make one more card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop This card celebrates High Tea at Downton Abbey. I feel bad because I know Mr Carson would never allow the .spoons to be in such a jumble.(or the oval to be stuck on kittywampus) but sometimes you just have to take some poetic license.

I tried very hard to include one of the Dowager’s zingers on the front of the card. but it just didn’t fit and I had to settle for putting it on the inside.
