Wednesday Challenge Simon Says Stamp
Well, I am back in Canada doing the same things I did in Phoenix but with less sunshine. I decided to make a card today for the Wednesday Challenge at SSS. The theme is polka dots and they are featuring Lawn Fawn Products. It is nice to be back in my regular Scrapbook room with my obscene amount of stamp sets.
I wanted to use the Loads of Fun stamp set from Lawn Fawn as it needed to come out of the “NEW” drawer. I love the washing machine and the laundry items but decided to use the laundry basket and soap as I hadn’t seen as many cards done with those images.
It turned out quite well, but as usual took me twice as long as I estimated, to make. It is embarrassing to note that I had to wipe the dust off my dryer before I could take the picture of the card. Clearly, I need to actually DO laundry more than I need to make a card about it. There is always tomorrow :-).
Supplies: Lawn Fawn Loads of Fun stamp set, Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles die set, Copics, Embossing powder, Ranger Enamel accents,Wedding Dress Pico Embellisher, Basic Grey Soleil patterned paper, Hero Arts card base, Scor tape
