Make it Monday- May 9

The Make it Monday Challenge at Papertrey Ink is to use a mask for blending.  Specifically, Lizzie used a mask made out of vellum.  This did prove to be useful  on the card I made, as I could see exactly how much overlap between the apples was aesthetically pleasing.

I was wishing that I had prepared at least three cards while I had the masks and inks out, as I really could not decide how I wanted to finish the card.  I thought about splatters, sequins, raindrops, Wink of Stella but in the end I left the card rather plain to let the ink blending stand out.IMG_6479

Supplies:  Papertrey Ink What the Doodle Apple dies,  Simon Says Stamp and My Favorite Things dye inks, Stampology sentiment stamp.  Lawn Fawn Plaid 6 X 6 pad,  Fun Foam and Scor tape, Hero Arts cardbase.
