Coffee Lovers Bloghop Day 3
Two things occurred to me today before I made this card. One is that I am not too good at saving scraps of things for later use. The other is that I am downright poor at using Washi tape ever. I see it, I like it, I buy it and nothing……………… So today I decided to reverse those two trends and make a card for the Coffee Lovers hop at the same time.
I made a card which I will post in the next couple of days, that features Starbuck’s spring colours. To ensure people realized that it was indeed Starbuck’s spring colours, I wanted to adorn the small cups with something that looked like the Starbucks logo. I had bought some amazing Washi tape that had just the thing on one of its’ images. The problem was that the logo image only appeared every six inches or so on the tape. That left quite a few bits of unused tape.
Todays card uses that leftover Washi tape.
I was going to explain why I made this card the way I did……………………..fragments of Washi tape, holographic cardstock, the sentiment dream etc. etc., but then decided if I had to explain it, the card probably isn’t working. I did not want to think about that, so I am just posting it.
Supplies:
DCWV holographic paper, Simon Says Stamp Dream and Parade of Hearts dies, Alideco washi tape, Paper and More Woodgrain cardstock, Simon Says Stamp card base and Scor tape

This is SO cool, Deb. Very creative and fun.
Thanks for sharing it in the Coffee Loving Card Makers Spring Blog Hop. Have a blessed week.
